Unable to access to CML compiler documentation

  Hello,
  
  I am trying to acess CML complier documentation and VerilogA related tutorial but I keep receiving an error mesage, shown in the attachment. I tried to register through the GUI but I recieve a message saying that my registration is being processed.

    I sent an email from my school's email and I just received an automated email stating that I am not registered for email support. Kindly advise.
