UI error – Lumerical Multiphysics

  Hi,
  The pop-up window "Edit Material Properties" for Solid alloy was scrambled up, as shown below. The other pop-up windows are normal, I've tried restarting the application and computer, but it still scrambled up! How can I solve this problem?

  Make sure no Ansys programs are running
  Under %APPDATA%\Ansys you should see a directory associated with the version you are running:
  EX: for 2021 R2 you will see: %APPDATA%\Ansys\v212
  Rename v212 to v212.old
  Now try again.

  Also remove the 'Lumerical Device.ini' file from the %APPDATA%\Lumerical\ folder.

  and Thank you for the responses, I tried both pieces of advice, but the UI is still a mess.

  This could be an issue with your graphics/display. Try the following:
  See this post for suggestions Use a display resolution around 1920x1080, or
  Disable "3D display mode"
