turbulent+ laminar in an heat exchanger 2 channel .what can I do? can one channel set turbulent, another set laminar?how to set ?thx.

You can set cell zones as laminar - whole model is turbulent but it's not used if you change the cell zone setting.

What will happen if I set the whole turbulent model ? does it substantially influence the heat transfer? It's supposed to be hot - turbulent and cold - laminar. and I have set the velocity and calculated the reynold number is turbulent, will fluent system systemically set a laminar mode to the cold fluid?

It's a switch that you need to make. If you run a zone as turbulent that's more-or-less laminar the result may not be as accurate, typically you may see more diffusion in a result.

in the heat exchanger design,1. How to set the dynamic physical properties of phase-change hydrogen? Can refprop be invoked, and how? Can you give a tutorial of a phase change heat transfer case? (hydrogen varies in temperature from 15K to 50K, while 15-33K is a liquid and above 33K is a gas) 2. Once the refprop is set, is the rest of the operation consistent with the non-phase conversion thermal operation process? What should I pay attention to?
