Turbogrid black screen

Hi I'm using Ansys for student 2020R1 installed on a MAC Air configured with virtual box and windows 10. The memory allocation for the virtual box is 53GB of which 5GB currently free. Using the TURBOGRID application, the right part of the screen "view1" (see image) remains completely black. How can I solve this problem?

VirtualBox is pretty poor with graphics. I've seen some success on Bootcamp. However, neither of these are officially tested by ANSYS, so I can't guarantee that Bootcamp would work either.

I have tried with Bootcamp and now seems that Turbogrid works correctly (screen no more black :-).

      Problem solved, thank a lot.

Hi together, unfortunately I have the same issue, but not related to a virtual box issue, cause I am not running WB or Turbogrid on a virtual box. I run WB and TG on following system:

I would be greatful, if someone has an idea! Thanks and best regards!

Hi together, unfortunately I encountered the same problem, although I am not running WB on a virtual box, but on a windows system (see below) directly. I have not clue what the problem is, hopefully some of you know what to fix?
