I've performed several topological optimization simulations. I usually export the optimized geometry to STL and fix it with my CAD software. Sometimes I've tried the option "transfer to design validation system (geometry)", but I never can open the geometry with SpaceClaim.

Translation: Error when opening the file. Motive: Error when loading the body geometry.

It's a single part with fairly simple geometry and boundary conditions. SpaceClaim works well for CADs imported from Creo Parametric.

Hi Charles,

Have you tried importing the geometry in Ansys Discovery? 

If not, please try and let me know if you are able to import in Discovery.
