SubscriberI am working with a timber frame shear wall model, but I am facing an issue where the loads are not being distributed properly. I have tried different model types, such as beams, solid, and shells for plate materials, wood, and nails, respectively. However, the loads seem to only be taken up by the nails and are not being distributed across the structure as expected. The nails are spaced with 100mm on the studs. Has anyone encountered this issue or have any suggestions on how to resolve it?
i am trying to make it similar to this post from some years ago.
