Could you please try rebooting the machine and let us know the outcome. If you are trying to transfer a large files, we would recommend using Winscp.

SubscriberHi Amber. Rebooting the VM re-establishes the connection. Is it not possible to re-establish the connection within the RDP session? On that occasion I did not want to close the RDP session.

Forum ModeratorJon, Try running Command:Â fusermount -u /home/superadmin/thinclient_drives. Close and reopen RDP session.
