thinclient_drives connection – is there any way to re-establish the connection?

Is there any way to re-establish the connection to thinclient_drives when connected to a Linux VM via RDP?  Ansys Cloud Direct has functions to re-establish file transfer via CLI or via the app, are there any CLI functions for this on Ansys Access?

      Hi Jon,

Could you please try rebooting the machine and let us know the outcome. If you are trying to transfer a large files, we would recommend using Winscp.

If you have any futher query. Please raise a support ticket, we will be happy to assist you on the issue:

Hi Amber.  Rebooting the VM re-establishes the connection. Is it not possible to re-establish the connection within the RDP session?  On that occasion I did not want to close the RDP session.

Jon, Try running Command:  fusermount -u /home/superadmin/thinclient_drives. Close and reopen RDP session.

Thanks Amber.  Will try that next time I lose the connection. Since last week it hasn't been lost again.
