Thermal – Thermal Stresses in a Bar

      A steel bar is placed between two walls with one end rigidly fixed to the wall while the other end is 2mm away from the wall. The bar is then subjected to an increase in temperature of 100 degrees Celsius. This tutorial will utilize ANSYS AIM to find the maximum stress in the bar. See the attached file for a tutorial on this problem.
