SubscriberHi everybody, I am using CFD-Post to display the streamline.
I am encountering some issues with the results of setting the variable to Velocity and Velocity in the frame.
I understand that Velocity represents relative speed, while Velocity in the frame indicates absolute speed.
I would like to observe the absolute speed of the streamline.
However, even when I set the # of points to 30,000, the streamline is consistently distributed at the bottom of my model.
I want the distribution of the streamline to resemble the results obtained when setting Velocity.
Additionally, the streamline color does not show a color break between the rotating region and the static region.
What should I do? Thank you!

Forum ModeratorWe've had a few Forum issues, hence the delays.Â
The pathlines should show the flow speed, so unless the velocity is massively higher in the rotating part I'd not expect much of a difference. Pathlines also follow the flow, so what might cause them to behave as they are?Â
