      I am doing a simple Press silualtion, mit material elastomer Yeoh, elstomer teil presst an a steel,but the error always come:

      "The solver engine was unable to converge on a solution for the nonlinear problem as constrained.  Please see the Troubleshooting section of the Help System for more information."

      with many warning:

      "The solution failed to solve completely at all time points. Restart points are available to continue the analysis. ";

      "The unconverged solution (identified as Substep 999999) is output for analysis debug purposes. Results at this time should not be used for any other purpose.";

      "Large deformation effects are active which may have invalidated some of your applied supports such as displacement, cylindrical, frictionless, or compression only.  Refer to Troubleshooting in the Help System for more details.";

      "Although the solution failed to solve completely at all time points, partial results at some points have been able to be solved.  Refer to Troubleshooting in the Help System for more details."

      But it's good with material elastomer Mooney-Rivlin, no error, no many warning, good Ergbnis.

      I don't know why it happen.

      Could someone help me ?

      Thank you very very much

      und i find ues big mesh(0.01mm an Kontaktfläche) in mein model ? no error;  use small mesh(0.001mm) in mein model  ? error

      but i need it to be 0.001mm mesh

      Hi Fireman,

      Can you upload your ansys archive file to understand your issues.

      how kan I ansys archive file upload? I make a ZIP but it's 119Mb, web says "File extension not allowed"

      Zip file is allowed, but file size limit is 120 MB so your file must be just over that limit.

      Open in Workbench and right click on the Model cell and select Clear Generated Data.  That will clear the mesh. Then File Save and do File Archive.

      That will create a .wbpz file of the same name as the .wbpj file.

      You can attach the .wbpz file (but not the .wbpj file).
