  I hope this email finds you well. I'm facing an error while trying to install ANSY 2024 R2 software on my laptop. I have followed all the troubleshooting steps but couldn't work. Could you please resolve this issue?

  Is there an error screenshot?
  Can you help clarify if you get this issue while you ‘try to install’?
  Are you using the student version of Ansys or a commercial?

  Is there a security or third-party antivirus software on the laptop?
