The FLUENT application failed to validate the connection.

Hello, I am using the student software for a class. Unfortunately, while using Fluent, I experienced a crash while opening Fluent from workbench after running a mesh validation on a part.
During the crash, Fluent completely stopped working and froze up; after hanging on my system for 20 minutes, I forced Fluent and all other Ansys programs to close now when I re-opened workbench, I received the following messages:
Warning! License is not available: dp0
Error! The FLUENT application failed to validate the connection.
These messages repeat as the application tries to re-connect to Ansys,

Did my force close mess with the files related to connecting to the server, or was there a temporary outage?

If I caused this error by forcing Ansys to close, do I need to uninstall, re-download, and reinstall Ansys, or can I reinstall it with my previous download?
I want to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Based on using Fluent, I'm supposed to complete a final project for my class by next Wednesday.

During this fiasco, I was able to make an AnsysDiagnostics file, but with my student account, I'm not able to send a service request since my account does not have an Account Number or customer Number that I can use to send the request.

Well, I figured out the issue; it was caused by the number of cores that I was trying to use on my device...... (It's silly that if I have more than 4 cores, I can't utilize all of them)

Other than feeling a bit silly, a post pinned to the top or explicitly mentioned on the student software page would be nice to see for anyone else who runs into this issue
