The car toolkits are greyed out in workbench

  I am using Ansys Motion to simulate vehicle dynamics and tire-road interactions. But the drive train toolkit, links toolkit, and car toolkit are greyed out in workbench, and we have verified our ANSYS licensing includes Ansys Motion (Motion, Drivetrain, Links, Easy Flex, STEP Translator, Parasolid Translator, Catia), how could I solve this problem?
