Tensile Strength vs Flexural Strength

I have a polypropylene material as follows:

      http://web.rtpcompany.com/info/data/0100/RTP150A.pdf

The tensile strength is lower than flexural (bending) strength. These are measurements from experiments. I understand this means the material is not homogeneous. I have to use this polypropylene material in the geometry attached. Where there is a force load on one of the corners.

      My questions here are:

      1. How can I enter flexural modulus and tensile modulus in the engineering properties window?

      2. While evaluating results, what type of Stress/ Strain should I use as a deciding paraemmter (vonmises or total stress/ strain etc.)

      3. Lastly, which one would be the deciding factor? flexural strength or tensile strength?
