SubscriberI designed synchronous reluctance motor for rated torque at 20 V . But after simulation i found that the rated torque is getting at 25 V.... May i know how to correct it... Else it can be corrected by control design for the motor

Ansys EmployeeHi Sampathkumar,
Please check the following points:
1/ is there is any mistake in the setup?
2/ the mesh quality in the airgap.
3/ are you including core loss and eddy effects in the calculation?
I hope it helps
Ivonne
