sweep path must contain exactly one chain

  In my geometry for doing sweep I selected profile as sketch 2 and path as sketch 1 but when i hit generate button it shows that "sweep path must contain exactly one chain".
  
  In sketch 1, I confirmed all the joints, contact points, lines by zoom in. There is no discontinuity in the path but still I am facing this error.
  
  Please let me know why I am facing this problem

  How does the length of sketch 2 compare to the spacing of the U-bends on sketch 1?
