      I use submodeling in static analysis and import displacement for submodeling...

      If I run a dynamic transient analysis, is it still feasible to import the displacement with time history to do submodeling?

      Yes you could map cut boundary constraints at multiple load steps or time intervals while performing a sub-modelling analysis.
