Hello,

Are you using the Free Student version or Academic version, checking out a license 
from a University license server?

It is the Free Student Version, downloaded for University

Try running productconfig.exe as an admin (C:\program files\ansys inc\ansys student\v241)

and unconfigure and then configure it again.
