 I am not a company costumer. 

I am asking if possible have an student license.

 since I downloaded the 15.07 ansys workbench and the last release available in your web site and both don't have the license file into the licensing directory. I extracted the zip file there and also the license file in student workbench last release version is missing. I downloaded in other web site an older version since I have a laptop 32 bits. In the downloaded file in licensing had a compressed file. Extracting didn't appear student license. So I downloaded last release to extract the student license there but also when I extracted the zip file didn't appear any license file.

To clarify.

You've downloaded Ansys R15 from somewhere (where?) and want a licence for it? Student bundles are only available for current and two previous versions, and the licence is embedded in the install: it is not separate.
