Stop simulation when it reaches set number of time steps?

      Hello

I have set the number of time steps to 20000. I have noticed that the simulation does not stop when it reaches that number. On the contrary, it carries on... Is there any way to make it stop at the desired number?

P.S. Yes, the simulation does fully converge from early stages.

      Thanks

if you have specified 20000 time steps then it will stop after 20000 time steps.

by default each time step has 20 iterations. in text, these iterations are printed. please check it.

Max iterations I have set to 45. The simulation has reached 20345 time steps and carries on, although I have set a number of 20000...

can you please insert image of your text user interface.

if its 20000 then it will stop at 20000 time steps.

This is the task page from the solver. Currently I am running on time step 20348

Ok I have resolved the problem, I used to "stop at the end of the time step" to change a parameter and after resuming the calculation the number of time steps was left to 20000 instead of changing to the remaining number of time steps left.

      Set this as solved.
