      Hi,

My doubt is very simple, but i am stuck.

I want to reproduce the following mesh :

But so far I only have the following mesh :

I am basically playing with EdgeSize and FaceMapping. How to avoid that jump in the size near the expansion ?

      Any expert is highly appreciated.

Hard to say. I'd not necessarily take the first image as a good example though.

      Hi Rob,

Thanks for the output. The first image is the mesh used in the validation case.

The second mesh (i composed in Meshing) is having leaps in cell size from the inferior darker area towards the expansion.

Any ideas how to get a smooth size transition in that region ? Maybe just playing with the BiasFactor is not the way to go.
