SubscriberHi,
I was wondering if there is a way of modelling a structure with spontaneous and piezoelectric polarization effects in Lumerical Charge?
Thanks in advance for any responses to this question

Ansys EmployeeWhen you say  spontaneous and piezoelectric polarization effects, I guess you mean during the simulation the structure will change its physical length due to applied voltage. Unfortunately this cannot be done at this moment, as all the solvers are deterministic. You can only simulate the votage/charges and fields, and then use some kind of formula to get the change of length, and resimulate it with the new length.
