SubscriberHello ANSYS team and users,
I am using Ansys Rocky. In the Rocky i am performing dam break simulations with SPH non-Newtonian fluid to calculate runoff distance. Can you please guide me that in the post processing how can i calculate the run off distance or distance travelled by SPH fluid until it stops and can we check the distance with respect to time such as at the x time fluid traveled y distance? Thanks

Ansys EmployeeHello Abu,
You could create an Inspector User Process on top of SPH and pick the element you want to track. Then, you could go to Properties and plot the Coordinates from the element in a Time Plot.
For more information about these, check the Rocky User Manual (from Help, click on Manuals and select User Manual).Â

Lucas

SubscriberThank you very much sir. One more thing, if i want to see the velocity of SPH fluid at specific point, what should i do and one last thing if i want to check that until x time how much percentage of fluid was passed from this plane then what should i do ?
