Specified range of 0 to 0 is not permitted. The D command is ignored

  Hello everyone,
  
  I wanted to do a nonlinear transient dynamic analysis on the frame. I found one good article about it which had a command snippet to apply base excitation through acceleration. I will attach the file and also images related to my problem. The code runs but the the accleration isnt applied. I checked the solution information and got this.

  Have you already created the nodal component, NS_Ground, used in the D command?

  I recommend you read this discussion if you want to apply base acceleration to a Transient Structural model.
