Species Balance in Multiphase Model

I am running a multiphase model, and every phase is a separate mixture. After running and getting a good convergence, the mole fraction of species in a mixture is not equal to one, for instance, I deine just one species in a mixture, which is my primary phase, and after solving the mole fraction of that species in the primary phase is not one !

What is the reason for this?

Please can you post some images of what you're monitoring?

      Sure, thanks for your response.

You can find in screen shots. One of my phases (mixture model) has two species of CO2 and H2O. When I am defining the mole fraction of CO2=1, and there is no H2O production in the system, which means the fraction of CO2 should be equal to 1 and the fraction of H2O should be equal to 0 everywhere. As you can see, in one domain, the fraction of CO2 is not one, and the fraction of H2O is zero, althought there are just two species in this phase. I should mention that this domain contains the secondary phase, which should have no effects on the species balance of the primary phase (CO2 & H2O).
