Hello
I had a question while modeling using SpaceClaim.I tried to use the WRAP function to overwrite the uneven shape on other parts.
However, in the flat shape, the WRAP function was well implemented, but it did not reflect the uneven shape like the attached video. Can you solve this part? I want a WRAP shape that reflects the uneven shape I modeled as it is.

Hello smjang
I do notice same behavior on my end, and I think this is happening due to the protrusions on the wrap body, it is deforming excessively. While I do not know if this is the reason, or what the limit is of this deformation, to understand it better, and to see whether this could be a bug that can be improved, I have filed a bug ticket (595839). I will let you know, as and when I hear back from the developers.
Regards.

Thank you.
First, I will consider whether it is possible to model this part in another way.
Thank you for your reply every time. -

smjang Hello
I heard back from the developers on this, they said the following.
the behavior is as expected - the Wrap tool only wraps the substrate. Spit the body into multiple components that can be combined later. Use box select to select all the bodies, and use them together to wrap, and combine later.
I am not sure if this is helpful, it could be case specific.

Charudatta Bandgar Thank you for answer. In conclusion, for the part I want to do, do I have to split it by layer and then wrap and combine it at once?

I am currently following the video you uploaded.
However, a problem arose. It's hard to change the point where wrapping starts like the attached image.
In the video you uploaded, the point where wrapping starts is caught on the bottom floor, but I am caught on the second floor.
And if you move the starting point using the 'select start' function, other points are also moved.Could you please solve this problem?

smjang Will it be possible for you to share the file with me, or it is a generic file?
