Spaceclaim problem

  Hi there.
  
  I have a problem with my SpaceClaim. I can open it from either the workbench or just from menu. Then the program opens but I can do nothing in it. When I try to create a new design it only gives me an error message.

  Please post the image: staff are not permitted to open/download attachments.

  Please include the error message, your image only shows blank SpaceClaim.
  
  Also, try changing graphics renderer. File -> SpaceClaim Options -> Advanced -> Renderer. This is default to Direct3D11, you can try changing to others and see if any of them helps. Make sure you close and restart SpaceClaim after applying the change.
