Hi,

We updated the SpaceClaim version, to the last version 2020 R1.

We need use the KeyShot 9, but with the 2020 R1 version of the SpaceClaim, the KeyShot is the 8.2.

 

When can we use the KeyShot 9 with SpaceClaim?

I have followed the steps in the manual and it still doesn't work, I am detected by KeyShot 8.2 not KeyShot 9

The steps I had suggested works for every version of KeyShot except for KeyShot 9. KeyShot 9 is not yet not supported by the 2020 R1 version of SpaceClaim, and this issue will be sorted in the next version of SpaceClaim.
