I would like to report that we hv 2 sets of laptops that running the above version of SpaceClaim software cannot work. Â
For both cases, I installed the software to the new laptop to replace their existing laptop. After finish installation, the login prompt didn't pop up. I clicked on the SpaceClaim and it didn't show anything. Pls advise what I can do so that users can use the SpaceClaim software. Thanks

SubscriberHi support, Pls advise the next step as we are stuck in the middle now. 2 of abv mention (SpaceClaim 2019 and SpaceClaim 2020 R1 ) cannot be use for the time being. Appreciate your help for the next step advise.Â

I started the program with Administrator right and also face the same problem. The login prompt still didn't show out. Now only can use the software as view mode only. Pls advise.Â

Can you please check if the Subscription licenses are correctly assigned to the new Device?
To deactivate the old device and activate the new device, please use the command line options as seen on this page.
