Source set up is incorrect. Asking to make sum of current equal to zero

      Hi

I tried simulating model on 3d transient analysis with Magnet (blqck)rotating and conductor (brown) Stationary. Band assigned with 120segments (yellow color). Assigned external circuit with zero current. No excitation to magnet. No master/ slave

      But getting error as

Source set up is incorrect. Please make sure that sum of current in each winding is zero in both stationary and moving region.

      Reffereed earlier issue

      But didn't get corrected

Hi @Prashant5295 I see in the picture there is only one conductor. How did you define the excitation for this conductor?
What do you mean by there is no excitation to magnets? Did you assign magnet material?
Explain the necessary steps in detail with screenshots to interpret the problem correctly.

      Regards Navya

      Hi
      Navya thanks for response
I had assigned magnet with ndfe30 material.
Current is assigned with coil terminal with zero current. To find induced voltage when magnet rotates.
I had linked circuit to coil terminals which was successful linked.
Earlier error was regarding true surface of band. Now error is air leakage.
Please let me know what to do now

Hi, I have same problem, this is because band object has subtraction or hollow cylinder ..

Have u solved this problem yet?

      Regards

Hi, I have the same error message.. how did you solve it?

      Thanks very much.

      Hello,

Please make sure that the coil terminal is not assigned on an outside face of the conductive object. It should be assigned to a cross-section on the inside of the object.
