Could anyone please tell me what the red arrow before "solution" refers to?

Hi

It means there was an error (generally green is ok, red is an error):

Right click on the results with the red down arrow, the pop up might show “Get Results” and it will pull the background solve results into Workbench.

Look at the solver output to see what the issue is:
