Simulation of Heat Exchanger

How to make the parts of shell and tube heat exchanger and assemble these parts in ansys R 19.1 and how to add the nano-particles to show the influence of entraining nano-particles in the shell and tube heat exchanger loop to improve the heat transfer coefficient and the overall efficiency of the central heating boiler.

Also I want to print the parts of shell and tube heat exchanger on 3D printer 300mm x 300mm x 400mm.

Kindly guide me which dimentions are suitable and how to make model and get simulation results.

Kindly any one guide me about this work

I'd start by using CAD/SpaceClaim to create the geometry, then add a mesh and then solve the CFD model in Fluent. In your case I'd suggest looking at the various YouTube videos and the tutorials contained in the ANSYS documentation.

As an aside, cover on here works in a range of time zones: please only bump a thread after a couple of working days.

First I need guidance about the dimensions of heat exchanger and I want to know the complete procedure how to model the parts and assemble them and after that simulation.

The tools are there for you to use to design/model a piece of equipment. Therefore you need to decide on things like tube pitch, thickness etc: have you carried out the base design yet?

Yes But problem is that which dimensions are suitable because I want to print it on 3D printer with 300mm x 300mm bed.

I am newer therefore I need complete details for modeling and simulation

Without knowing the duty and design pressure drop you don't have any dimensions to model or CAD up to print. You need to work out a design and then go from there: we're not going to do it for you. Have you talked to your project supervisor?
