Simulating backfill in a cut-and-fill underground mine operation

Hello.I am simulating backfilling operation where my main material is cemented paste and air(paste+air).It is basically multiphase VOF.To assign the non-Newtonian properties, I use Non-Newtonian power law with density of 1900kg/m3,consistency K=8Pa.sn,flow index,n=0.5,minimum viscosity=0.001 and max viscosity=10000.My ultimate goal is to get a smooth flow fill covering the surface as it builds up,and be able to see formation of bubbles.What have had so far when I run my animation does not show me this as seen from the attached photo.Please help
