Hi Ji,
What is the error message that you received in the solver output file? I think “the contact state has changed abruptly” is the warning message. 
Is there any rigid body motion, or are you getting any elements with high distortion-related issues? Are you using frictional contact? 
From this statement, “the contact state has changed abruptly.” We can suggest the following points to check. 
1. Check the contact status and see the status of the contact. Adjust the pinball radius if required. 
2. Increase the substeps and mesh density. 
3. If you are using frictional contact, then try to select “add offset ramped effect” in the interface treatment cell under the contact.
