Sorry, but you've been giving me the same answer to me and other companies for 3 years, I don't think it's that complicated to solve the problem.
Because if the development is not put in the drawing format it is correct, while if it is put in the drawing format it is wrong!.
You must make sure to position the developed sheet metal in the same way also in the drawing
