Ansys EmployeeHi,
Import the model in milimeter units. Then before making any changes, go to units and change them to Micrometer. Now in Share topology set tolerance of 0.01-0.001

Subscriber@Jaydeep,
You did not get the same error. This is not even an error, it is just information. You seem to have vertical (z-axis) beams that have no vertex at the midpoint for the horizontal beam to connect with. Delete the vertical beams and draw two lines for each vertical beam so that you have a vertex at the center of each vertical line.
In the future, open a New Discussion for your next question.

SubscriberHi
How can you set share tolerance to some specific number BEFORE you press Share button? The problem is that when there are many parts in model sharing takes lot of time.

Ansys EmployeeHello Petri,
When share is activated, you can set the tolerance value using “coincidence tolerance” option. Potential candidates outside the coincidence tolerance are ignored.
For more information on using share tool, refer to this link:
It is recommended to start a new post rather than following up in old threads for two reasons:
- You will get notified if you're owner of the post, when someone replies to you post.
- Generally unanswered posts grab more attention than which already have prior comments.
Regards,
Nanda.
