I am not entirely sure of the setup but may be you can make use of DEFINE_CG_MOTION UDF to provide the desired RPM to your rotating zone. In this case, turn off the 6 DOF. Then you can use this result as an initial condition to your actual 6 DOF case by turning on 6 DOF and removing DEFINE_CG_MOTION UDF.
But this needs to be tested.
