Sketch a parallelogram on a cylinder surface

      I try to sketch a parallelogram on a cylinder surface, but due to the curved surface the projection on the surface isn't a parallelogram anymore. 

       

      Curvature and linear projection doesn't fit.

      Is there a way to do the procjection that the sketched paralleogram keeps the form?
