Saving animation in Results tab isn’t saving anything (ANSYS Fluent)

  I am encountering some issues when trying to save animations while in the results tab. I select the "save animation" box, click the browse image button, and save my animation to the desired file, but when I go to the file location to try and see the animation there is nothing there.
  
  I have tried this with all animation type files (wmv, mp4, avi, and mpg) and none of them show up. I have used both the quick animation and the keyframe animation modes, with as low frames as possible to reduce file size in case that was the issue.
  
  Has anyone else encountered this issue and/or know how to get around it?
