s-parameter export to INTERCONNECT

  I will download the examples on the official website（https://optics.ansys.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034403214），（There is a problem as shown in the first figure）How to modify this problem in parameter extraction？Then I import the extracted parameters into INTERCONNECT，This warning appears。

  This simply means the S parameters are accurate to 0.03, eg 2nd digits. You can either ignore it, or use much finer mesh (and increase PML layers) to improve it.
