SubscriberHi I am doing my thesis work under prof. Samaresh Das, IIT Delhi- CARE. I am simulating a diode structure made up of WSe2 material and forming ohmic contact with Al metal. I have simulated the structure in CHARGE Module and exported np density .mat file which i have imported in FDTD Module. But while simulating this structure in FDTD module to check its electric filed profile , i am getting Warning: there is not enough memory on system to run the simulation and upon clicking on Run always -----> it is taking infinite time.
kindly help me out
I have attached all the jpeg file for structure and warnings

In the meantime, you can check your simulation memory requirements as shown in this post, and make the necessary changes to your simulation to lower the memory requirements. Otherwise, run the simulation on a computer that has enough memory to run the simulation.

Ansys EmployeeIf the issue is only happening to this simulation, try editing your simulation to lower the memory requirements or run the simulation on a computer with more RAM? Or use INTEL MPI instead of Microsoft MPI as the job launching preset.
