SubscriberGood afternoon.
Help to make the rubber material and deformation model from the available data:
Conditional strength 20 MPa
Elongation 220%
Modulus of elasticity at 100% elongation 3.0 MPa
Poisson's ratio 0.475
Elastic modulus 188 * 10 ^ 5 Pa
There is no more data, so l do not know which deformation model to use and how to make the material for calculations.
Thanks!

Ansys EmployeeHi There are multiple discussions in the forum about this topic, here some examples:

Then you may find some complementary material data in Granta EduPack (for teaching) or Granta Selector (for Research): thermo-mechanical curves, durability...

Good luck

Subscriber"There is no more data"
What you mean is you are not willing to spend the time and/or money required to get more data.
Those who have the time and money get samples measured in a lab or purchase data from those who have already done so.
Some manufacturers will provide you with data if you ask the right person, usually an application engineer at the company.

Subscriberno, this data that I wrote is all that the rubber supplier could give, there is no other data.so I wanted to make stuff from the available data

Ansys EmployeeAccording to your explanations, I just advise you to make assumptions on the mechanical model (try a typical and basic one), and then try to find similar experimental data (on the literature) to what you have from the provider and then do a comparison/fit with your simulations results.
