Ribbon, not activated (how to fix?)

  There is one student who downloaded "the student version (free)" from Ansys. All other students are fine but for this student, the following error ("ribbon") occurs:
  
  #1. After meshing, the student opens "setup" to apply boundary conditions.
  #2. If one right clicks the top (grey) menu bar, one can find "Ribbon" with "check" mark on the left.
  #3. THE PROBLEM: for this student, " Ribbon " (not checked) and there is no such top menu/tools within the screen, unable for her to find out submenus.
  
  Any suggestions, to fix this "ribbon" activate/deactivate issue?

  There's this thread, https://innovationspace.ansys.com/forum/forums/topic/ribbon-window-disappeared/ But if all students bar one have no issues I wonder if it's hardware related?
  As an aside, I assume you're teaching from the Campus software licence? Student is to allow the students (and anyone else) to learn in their own time off campus. Students are more than welcome to register and ask questions as well as use the free training in Learning.
