Residual stress

How to model this residual stress in a plate ??

ANSYS has Additive Manufacturing that can simulate the build up of materials in layers. Maybe this can be used for welding simulation? Unfortunately, I don't think the Additive Manufacturing is included in the Student license.

I can get the help from anyone has the full version of ANSYS , But I need to know to model these type of stresses

      please help me

Are you trying to reproduce a result from a research paper?  What is the title of the paper?

the paper title is " Propagation rate of large cracks in stiffened panels under tension loading " , you can find the talk about residual stress modeling in page 18

Ansys has an INISTATE command that applies an initial stress to elements in the model at the start of the simulation. This is how you could apply a residual stress.

Can I apply the stress as a function of plate width ??

You can apply any stress you want to any element. You have complete control to do whatever you want and you know the plate width.

Note that this is applying an initial stress to elements before the solver starts, while other elements have zero stress before the solver starts.  You have to run the solver and allow equilibrium to occur before you would have the body in a state you could call residual stress, after equilibrium has been achieved by the solver converging on a solution.

I found that command in APDL , But I can't find it in ANSYS Mechanical Enterprise

You insert a command object to use APDL commands in the Mechanical Workbench environment.  Here is an example.
