June 12, 2023 at 11:11 amMasooma_Qizilbash12SubscriberDear SRP, thank you for the reply and sorry for the missing data actually there is a problem connecting this site... details of the project is as follows objective: determine particle size distribution of PEI(10%) .... microencapsulation process has been done and exp data (particle size distribution)is obtained from DLS . cfd: eulerian approach , K-E standard, discrete population balance model has been used... defined 10 bins mean dia lies in 7 bin , bin0----bin9 =o bin 7=1, unde-relaxation factor ...default iniatiaze cases with 0 velocity patch velocity 5000 rpm(at which exp have been done ).... geometry created on space claim seperatley ...rotar stator ... agitator turaxx speeds used 500 rpm.... no of cells 200000..... registered cells 199999.... errors: high computational time in 12 hour ....1%calculation dont understand the residula plot please refer the attached image .... for breakage and aggregation luo method has been used thank you for the help(i am not finding an option to attached the plot of residualsl but the plot of diffusion coefficient is the same as attached in th previous post of mine.... masooma

I WILL TRY IN FEW MORE MINUTES IF possible...otherwise do yo have an email id so that i can email you the images if feasible for you? secondaly computational time is too much like in 12 hours only 1 percentage case ran is it normal? also pleae guide if i want to reduce the no of cells and remeshing doesnot help what is the optional method other than remeshing? thank you so much for the reply
