SubscriberI am having a problem with the latest Lumerical version, 2024. I am using FDTD remotely and as soon as I turn off my remote connection the FDTD stops working, so my simulations are not run. Next time when I connect remotely I see the error message, please see attached image. I also tried not running any simulation, just the FDTD gui is open, I turn off remote connection for 1 second, then turn on remote connect again and the FDTD gui shuts down with the same error message. The same issue is with Mode solver. I am using globalprotect vpn for remote connection.
We also have an older version of FDTD which does not have this problem.
Please let me know how can we solve this issue.
