Regarding the setting of boundary conditions

Hello everyone, I would like to ask for some advice on setting boundary conditions. Now I have a pipe with a thickness of 10mm, which is internally filled with fluid A, and then I wrap a circle of fluid B on the outside of this pipe, which is used for heating. It should be noted that the inlet temperature of fluid B is 443.15K, so now I need to set the boundary conditions outside the fluid B. My chosen setting is: temperature, 443.15. Is this reasonable? If it's not reasonable, please tell me why. Thank you

The BC on the outside of fluid B will depend on context of your simulation. What is outside of this fluid B in real life? Is Fluid B in contact with some other part, which is also at 443.15K (this is your condition)? Or is it isolated (0 heat flux)?
