My aim is to simulate a press-in process. The diameter of the Pin is 1 mm larger than the whole.
Modell description:
-         ¼ modell

I have problems to interpret the result of the simulation. Specially the result between 1s and 2s I can not understand. I have no displacement, but a very high reaction force (see picture 4). Do you know what is the reason for this?

SubscriberYou should use a lead in chamfer on the pin and the hole.
Also add a blend at the edge the chamer makes with the cylinder.
