RCWA simulation is terminating in between

      I am facing a new problem in RCWA. The simulation is getting terminated in between running. It never gets completed and also closes the whole interface, although just after few times ago it was working nicely.

      this might indicate that the software or the project file is corrupted. Please upgrade to the newest release 2023V2, and/or rebuild the simulation file.
