      Hi Mohammed12,

Please launch CMD Prompt, then type

      dxdiag

      then “enter”

The DirectX Diagnostic Tool pop-up window should appear.

      Hi Mohammed12,

Your monitor is not utilizing your Nvidia Geforce GTX 1050ti card.

See if your Nvidia Control Panel has this setting: Right click on the desktop then launch Nvidia Control Panel >> Manage 3D settings >> set Preferred graphics processor to be "High-performance NVIDIA processor.

If yours doesn't have this setting, you may need to disable your Intel graphics in BIOS level. I would recommend to consult with someone who is adept in doing this stuff to make sure you don't mess up anything in BIOS.

      Thanks,

      Win
